The team at Warrior Centric Health (WCH) works towards health equity for various populations that are denied equal opportunities for health, despite being insured. WCH makes “hospital heroes” through their WCH Solution Suite which provides training and resources that support more equitable care for veterans, active-duty service members, national guard, reservists, and their families. However, Warrior Centric Health faced a significant challenge in delivering effective healthcare training to health professionals within their existing Microsoft 365 environment.
