We are making the new Line Manager Dashboard the only Line Manager Dashboard, substituting the existing Personal Dashboard Team View. Following our vision for new Line Manager Dashboard which is based on feedback received during the Preview period, we have added the following capabilities and improvements to the new Line Manager Dashboard:
Based on feedback from our existing customers we have made improvements to the approval mail in LMS365. When enrolling to a session, the manager will now receive information about the time and place of the specific session they are approving. This information can be very useful for training courses with sessions with varying locations or times.
We’re pleased to announce that LMS365 will now be available in the Microsoft Teams Mobile App. Keep up with your training or chat with our AI bot, all within the Teams App. Follow the video below to see how the LMS365 chatbot can help you find and take the correct course, all within Teams.
Note: Since some parts are dependent features in the Microsoft Teams Mobile app, that is currently in developer preview mode from Microsoft’s side. There is also some current issues with sign-in on Android devices that we are working with Microsoft to solve.
Retaking Training Plans with expired Certificates will now reset progress for courses inside the Training Plan, to make it easier for Learners to retake all courses in a Training Plan where certificates have expired.
The Training Plan home pages have been adjusted. It will no longer be possible to play a course directly from the Training Plan page.
Learners will need to click through to the specific Course home page first. Mid 2019 we released changes to the Training Plan home page making it possible to play courses directly from inside Training Plans. Since then we have seen a few edge cases, where the ability to play courses directly from the Training Plan home page have caused a degraded user experience for learners. That lead to the decision to disable this capability again, until we have a solution to cover all scenarios from the Training Plan home page with an improved user experience.
The future goal for Training Plans is still to ensure better navigation between courses inside a Training Plan, as well as being able to play courses directly from training plan home page.
