We meet one another with an open and sincere mind. As a part of a dynamic and growing company, we see ourselves as continuous learners. This means that there always needs to be room for learning and focusing on what is meaningful for us in our work whilst being authentic in what we deliver. We know that ambition and motivation can arise in many ways and seek to uncover what works through a flexible environment. Our mission is to empower people through learning and doing so internally is just as important.

A workday is not complete without some inspiration and fun

At all our offices, both on-site and remote, mixing in time for inspiration and excitement is always welcome. We know that a static day at a desk cannot promote the creativity and drive we wish to spread around. There is room for taking a walk, having a chat, or perhaps brainstorming on ideas for a new project.
  • Offices in Denmark

    We have two offices located in Denmark. Our Head Quarters are in Aarhus surrounded by the bay. Looking for a more royal location? In Charlottenlund, we have our other Danish office in Charlottenlund Castle! There are around 40 employees working out of our offices in Denmark. With a true hybrid working culture, we try to gather e.g. with breadrolls in Aarhus each Thursday, an annual Christmas event, and emphasize celebrating both large and small milestones in our teams.
  • Office in Germany

    Our LMS365 German office is located in Erkrath near Düsseldorf. In an old paper factory building, our team has been revolutionizing learning in the digital workplace since May 2021. Our office boasts a loft character and the corresponding, spacious roof terrace promotes creative work. In line with the new hybrid work era, our colleagues also have the option to work at their home offices on a daily basis, and can thus have more flexibility in coordinating their professional and private lives. Additionally, an annual Christmas party and summer barbecue events are attended by our team, offering more bonding time with workmates.
  • Offices in US

    Our growing US team is made up of about 35 people located across the United States. While the team works remotely, we have an office located in Las Vegas that serves as our home base. We regularly gather in-person for conferences and team building while also hosting virtual gatherings like holiday parties and happy hours that help keep everyone connected.
  • Hybrid Offices

    Many of our team members take advantage of a hybrid work week. As a matter of fact, some even work completely remotely. We make sure to keep all team members regardless of location in loop and we have several annual events to keep the joint spirit alive!

Our aim is to empower through a balanced working environment, offering flexible settings to match the modern workplace. We have built a culture that supports our international collaborations, to invigorate flexibility through trustful management, individualized working hours and continuous learning.
