2021: A Year of Growth, Innovation and Learning

For many modern companies, 2021 was a year of structural resettling after the tumultuous 2020, packed with massive transformation of how we work, live, and safely stay connected. Resilience and experimentation have been crucial for finding continuous success this year, and the LMS365 team has been grateful to welcome new global talent that has aided us in staying agile, open, and welcoming to the changes developing in the modern workplace.

During this year’s LMS365 Partner Week—a 4-day long event dedicated to celebrating, educating, and connecting with our partner network—our CEO, Lars Vestergaard hosted a Keynote Session where he recapped the learnings and successes of 2021, as well as shared his vision for LMS365 in 2022.

In this session, Lars heavily referenced what LinkedIn refers to as The Great Reshuffle and how this uncharted time of leaving, seeking, and hiring for new jobs will require a new level of upskilling and reskilling than we’ve experienced before.

Innovation and Learning

2022: Reskilling, Upskilling, Onboarding…Oh My!

Now in 2022, LMS365 looks forward to growing and aligning with the future of learning and work. Knowing the effects that The Great Reshuffle will have on how we care for people in new work environments, our learning platform is dedicated to expanding and innovating the digital workplace to better support and retain employees.

The demand for new, flexible workplaces is already showing a drive towards reskilling, upskilling and digital onboarding: three things that our Microsoft 365 integrated learning platform was built to help companies excel with. Plus, LMS365’s ongoing commitment to growing in alignment with the whole Microsoft 365 suite enables our users to continuously get the most secure, agile and up-to-date tools to aid them in staying resilient and efficient as the future unfolds.

Preparing for the Shuffle

For companies looking to best prepare for The Great Reshuffle that will undoubtedly continue throughout the next year, it is important to keep in mind that:

  • Having a digital onboarding system is imperative to welcoming new, and possibly global, talents who expect flexibility in work and training
  • Reskilling and upskilling will not only help retain employees, but develop them to achieve more and be more in the workplace
  • Providing learning and training in the flow of work will help employees cultivate balance in their personal and work lives, showing more support for the person behind the role

For all these reasons and many more, this shift in work expectations and styles is teaching us all that business is nothing without the strong, supported people behind the screen. And for us to continue a healthy path of productivity and success, we must honor the unique learning and living needs of our workforce.

Our Vision for 2022

LMS365 welcomes 2022 and puts forth the vision to be the most streamlined and productive solution for digital learning through Microsoft 365, and the learning management platform that helps empower workforces to excel in their work life and personal life.
